Glenn Albert - State Farm Insurance is searching for a highly motivated individual with a passion to help others who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Office Representative you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As an Office Representative you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximizes value.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Excellent Communication Skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- People oriented and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
